Monroe AI Studio — Terms of Use and Privacy Summary

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Monroe AI Studio you agree to these Terms and to our data practices described below. If you sign up or continue with a federated login (e.g., Google), you give the same consent.

2. What data we process

• Account data (name, email). Passwords are stored only as strong cryptographic hashes.
• Security data (2‑factor authentication). 2FA is enforced in middleware-level flows for protected actions.
• Studio usage content that you upload (audio, lyrics, render metadata).
• Ratings/feedback you provide on renders.

3. How we use data

We use your content solely to provide the service and to improve the quality of Monroe AI Studio, including model and heuristic tuning. We do not sell data, and we do not publish your private content.

Internal review by the Monroe AI team may occur only for materials explicitly useful for quality improvement. If you prefer not to have a human review associated with a particular render, simply do not submit a rating for that render. Unrated renders are excluded from manual review pipelines.

4. When we may look at data

• When you submit a rating/feedback for a render (to triage and improve quality).
• For security, abuse prevention, or debugging incidents affecting reliability.
• As required by applicable law or lawful process.

5. Training and improvement

Your content may be used for machine learning and quality improvement inside Monroe AI Studio. It is not used outside our infrastructure or for unrelated products.

6. Security

• Passwords are hashed (no plaintext storage).
• Optional/required 2FA is integrated and enforced at protected routes.
• Data is stored in isolated cloud environments. External access is blocked; access is token‑based and limited to the owner account or authorized Monroe Studio administrators.
• All API routes are designed with authentication, authorization and input validation. We monitor for abuse and unusual access.

7. Your choices

• You can delete your content or account (subject to retention needed for security/legal compliance).
• If you do not want a specific render to be reviewed by a human, do not rate it.
• You can export your data where supported by the UI or by contacting support.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance. We will post the latest version on this page.
